By accessing and using the services provided by Social Maximizer ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Social Maximizer regarding your use of our website and brand representative services.

Social Maximizer provides specialized brand representative services for B2C founders on Instagram. Our services include, but are not limited to, content strategy, engagement management, and direct brand representation featuring our dedicated representatives (e.g., Chandni). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our reputation.
• You must possess all necessary rights and permissions for any content you provide to us for use in our services.

Services are billed according to the pricing tier selected at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate service agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided for ongoing subscriptions.

All content created by Social Maximizer, including but not limited to strategies, templates, and specific creative outputs, remains the intellectual property of Social Maximizer until full payment is received. Upon payment, usage rights are transferred as defined in your specific service agreement. The Social Maximizer brand, logo, and website design are our exclusive property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Maximizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. We do not guarantee specific growth metrics or engagement numbers, as social media algorithms are outside our control.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Social Maximizer is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
